About your role



Product Documentation & Communication


Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring that changes in requirements, timelines, or go-to-market strategies are accurately reflected and communicated to all stakeholders

Coordination & Information Management


Consolidate inputs such as designs, requirements, and clarifications into structured formats, making them easily accessible for the team. Provide support in clarifying execution details and resolving open questions.

Issue & Feature Oversight


Monitor customer issues, bug reports, and feature progress. Ensure timely follow-ups, identify trends, and coordinate with relevant teams to drive resolution and closure.

Performance Tracking & Reporting


Track development metrics and team progress to provide transparency. Highlight risks or lapses early and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements


Strong understanding in software and product engineering. Experienced in robotic systems and team coordination. Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills Strong research capabilities and copy-writing abilities * Engineering-related disciplines are preferred.
