Role Overview

We are hiring a

Product & Clinical Integrations Lead

to serve as a key bridge between mental health experts, AI engineers, UX designers, and product regulators. You are

not expected to be a therapist

, but rather a system-level thinker who can translate clinical wisdom into scalable, AI-executable processes, while coordinating pilots and ensuring operational quality across markets.


This role is ideal for someone with cross-disciplinary experience in health tech, psychology, and product strategy, and who is passionate about building safe, ethical, and internationally viable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Translate clinical advisory input into scalable product documentation

Turn expert recommendations into PRDs, prompt design guides, and dialogue strategy templates.

Lead pilot research initiatives (50-100 users)

Establish evaluation dashboards for treatment efficacy and risk mitigation.

Build and coordinate expert panels

Ensure multidisciplinary inputs and prevent biased AI behavior or one-perspective dominance.

Co-develop SOPs for privacy and risk escalation

Ensure product compliance with

PDPA/GDPR

and other global privacy frameworks.

Design data governance and content QA pipelines

Transform content and research insights into reusable knowledge bases.

Drive cross-team coordination

Align workflows across AI, product, legal, design, and marketing teams to uphold quality and timelines.

Support internationalization strategy

Coordinate localization efforts and manage clinical validations across different markets.

Requirements

Degree in

Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, HCI, Digital Health, or Product Management

. 2-6 years of experience in digital health, mental wellness, or tech-enabled healthcare. Experience in

clinical workflow design

, pilot study coordination, or academic research a plus. Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate between clinical and technical domains. Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations such as

PDPA, GDPR

, and their application in product design. * Passion for ethical AI, mental health innovation, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
