Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated

Product Creative Team

to support our Product Creative team in organizing design assets, researching trends, and assisting with product design development. This role offers hands-on experience in creative asset management, market research, and design ideation.

s:

Organize and manage design assets

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of colors, prints, and product variations.

- Catalog and label physical swatches (fabrics, materials, print samples) for easy reference.

- Digitize, archive, and systemize digital design files (color palettes, prints, packaging variations).

- Develop a clear and accessible reference system/library for the Product Creative team.

Support market and trend research

- Assist in gathering consumer insights, competitor references, and trend validations.

- Summarize findings into easy-to-use formats for the team (reports, visual decks, or references).

- Assist in design ideation and development

- Prepare mood boards, design references, and visual concepts to support brainstorming sessions.

- Work with designers to help create sketches, mockups, and packaging content drafts.

- Contribute to colorway, print, and pattern development, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

Maintain creative workflow support

- Help organize and maintain creative assets, inspiration libraries, and design references.

- Provide fresh creative input during team discussions and ideation workshops.

- Support cross-team collaboration by preparing organized and accurate creative materials for project handoffs.

- Assist in ad-hoc creative and organizational tasks

- Take on additional creative or administrative tasks as needed to support ongoing product research, design exploration, and development.

Requirements:

Education & Background:

- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, illustration, Product Design, Fashion, Industrial Design, etc design related courses

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

- Familiarity with color theory, textile swatches, or print/pattern development.

- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or digital asset management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
