Product & Customer Service Technician/engineer

Job Description
Duties Generate Bill of Material based on the order requirements.
- Work with the Production Manager to ensure all deliverables within the projects, meet required quality levels, budgets and timescale
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customers\' queries.
- Provide remote support \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to assignment according to requirement locally and overseas
- Carry out in house testing on new products \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with contractors and customers to ensure on time delivery of projects
- Attend Local or Overseas Site Survey
- Attend Local or Overseas Commissioning onboard vessels
- Prepare report according to Site Survey requirement and post commissioning
- Provide technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot/ isolate faults and repair faults
- Work on all other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head - Operations from time to time
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
