As part of the Embedded Deployment & Support team (eD&S), the Product Deployment Leader ensures successful cards product deployment to internal users (Technical Consultant (TC)) and maintaining product usability and supportability. You will be the gatekeeper and voice of users (internal and external) to improve product design and usage, as well as providing quality and on-time support to TC worldwide and customers from product issuance to field extinction.
