Product Design Development Officer (early Childhood Education)
Job Description
1. Develops the program and product design plan for the assigned business unit through the ideation process
2. Develops and documents designs using technical writing, diagrams, and other means
3. Develops the product prototype plans and testing plan
4. Leads the product prototyping process
5. Determines the appropriate tools, methods, and approaches to test final product effectiveness towards achieving academic/instructional goals
6. Keeps abreast of industry, socio-economic, and consumer trends to be able to enrich one's product design development skills and knowledge
7. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to timeJob Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
4. Understanding of Philippine Education System
5. Instructional Designing, User Experience Designing, Design Thinking
Customer Understanding, Value Creation and Delivery Project Management
6. Full-Time position(s) available.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
