Maintain a solution roadmap for upcoming quarters in alignment with leadership.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to balance customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Drive product discovery to validate ideas before development.
Define MVP scope for solutions, including features, workflows, and feasibility considerations.
Define feature scope, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering.

2. User Experience & Solutioning
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
Create personas, user journeys, and experience maps to visualize end-to-end workflows.
Design intuitive workflows that reflect user needs and optimize the overall experience.
Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Document solutions clearly in product specifications, PRDs, and Confluence pages for engineering and cross-functional teams.

3. Delivery & Collaboration
Work with engineers throughout the design and build process to ensure alignment and quality.
Facilitate design reviews, product walkthroughs, and sprint planning discussions.
Monitor feature adoption and user behavior post-release to inform future iterations.
Act as a bridge between design intent, business goals, and technical constraints.

4. Continuous Improvement
Measure and analyze user experience and product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
Iterate on designs and features based on feedback and analytics.
Contribute to improving internal processes for product discovery, design, and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in product design or product management
Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design and product strategy
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in agile development environments
Preferable experience in evolving and scaling an existing product
Preferable experience in HR-tech, Edu-Tech, SaaS or AI product design
Techno/Functional consultants with prior functional solutioning/designing experience are welcomed too
