Product Designer Intern

Job Description
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to think critically and loves solving problems. We value effective communicators with a positive work attitude and are motivated by the desire to learn, achieve and contribute.
We firmly believe that thirst for knowledge, work ethic and attitude are more important than a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s existing skills or experiences. However, it will be a bonus if candidates have prior experience/expertise particularly in: \xe2\x80\x93 Sketching and design tools \xe2\x80\x93 Web or mobile app analytics tools
Responsibilities:
- You will support visual design and create delightful user interaction designs in low-to-high fidelity prototypes
- You will build user empathy, while always tying experiences back to objectives and scope
- You will prioritise and rapidly prototype features, using a variety of tools to validate usability
- You will gather user feedback by conducting user interviews to understand how we can improve the user experience and better address their needs

- Exposure to an agile environment with a flat organizational hierarchy
- Exposure to a diverse team from multinational backgrounds
- Opportunity to explore different career paths within SWAT (Growth, Data, User Research or Product Design)
