Warehouse Management Product Designer - Your future position?

Location: Marsiling, Singapore

Reporting to: Fulfillment & Logistics Product Line Manager

As Product Designer, you will help identify the right features to maximize business value for the Warehouse department and other stakeholders. You will also anticipate usage evolutions, maintain a close relationship with Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project/Product Delivery
  • Identify existing and potential Business stakeholders and ensures Business Mobilization on projects impacting Warehouse function.
  • Contribute to the scoping exercise by collecting requirements, proposing best on-market / technology trends and assessing impacts on Warehouse applications and their roadmap.
  • Challenges requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximize the value for Warehouse function and are following the product roadmap.
  • Drive the definition and scoring of value case with the expected benefits for projects affecting Warehouse function
  • Collaborate with necessary Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (Product Line Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Change Lead, QC Lead, Designers, Data Scientists \xe2\x80\xa6) to provide ranged estimate, assess feasibility - timeline - complexity - level of confidence - risk - resource needs for the identified scenarios
  • Lead use case definition and solution scenario definition and selection
  • Support project product teams during the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to retrospectives and demos on Warehouse Applications
  • Contribute to change management activities, from innovation phases till deployment to Production, including handover to operations and Support team
  • Permanent Activities (out of projects)
  • Contributes to product backlog creation, organization and prioritization and mapping out the dependencies with ongoing or future projects
  • Ensure consistency between different applications for the Warehouse user groups
  • Search for valuable product evolutions, through animation of Product user group Network or interaction with Architects, or proactive explorations based on users understanding and market / technology trends.
  • Encourage product designers to search for improvement ideas
  • Define, Measure and Share Product benefits & adoption indicators to contribute to change management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and products in Warehouse
  • Encourage product designers to search for improvement ideas
  • Is Accountable for Warehouse application documentation (creation and maintenance)
  • Contribute to Communities of Practices around product management
Primary Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Engineering or Business School or equivalent
Professional Experience
  • 5 years or more experience in SAP LE, SAP WM & SAP MM - configuration skills and writing functional design for enhancement with offshore development team
  • 2 years or more working in IT environment
  • 2 to 5 years in Business Process Design/Modelling
  • Experience in workshop animation (design sprints, design thinking, creative problem solving) is an advantage
Technical Skills
  • Project management skills
  • Curious and interested about Digital and Information Technologies
  • Knowledgeable about Design Thinking, Design Sprints and UX design
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation
  • Experience in testing domain: test strategy, test plans, test coordination, test execution is a plus
  • S4/Hana experience would be a plus
