We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with a solid understanding of design principles to join our dynamic fintech team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our fintech products. You will be responsible for driving projects from conception to launch, ensuring pixel-perfect execution while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective. Your ability to manage stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives independently, and collaborate cross-functionally will be key to your success in this role.Ownership and Project Management: Take full ownership of design projects, driving them from initial concept through to final launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business and user needs.Attention to Detail and Big Picture Thinking: Balance meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see and shape the broader vision. Ensure pixel-perfect execution while maintaining a strategic perspective on the overall product design.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to form opinions and reach consensus on design decisions. Effectively communicate design rationale and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Strategic Initiatives: Independently drive strategic design initiatives that align with business goals. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and lead efforts to implement them.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, providing mentorship and feedback to ensure the team\'s growth and success. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various stages of the design process.Skills: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and strategically about design challenges and propose effective solutions.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
