DESIGNATION : Product Dev Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Team Lead you will lead the end-to-end development of digital platform
• You have a strong focus on feature grooming, system architecture design, and sprint planning.
• You have strong software engineering skills to create and deliver robust, reliable, and scalable platforms. You possess the versatility to discuss solutions, estimate, and break down into tasks for the software developers.
• You easily adapt to working closely with a team of product managers, designers, frontend/backend/data engineers, and devops, influencing the right technical decision making.
• You will be reporting to the Engineer Manager.

• Lead a product development team to build and evolve the platform technology for NTUC Nexus (NTUC Health)
• In charge of developing and maintaining platform services, such as communication, media and other common services
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Write unit and API tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Ensure new and legacy applications meeting quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends Mandatory requirements
• Experience working with software engineers, who specialises in Go and ReactJS or Java/Spring Boot
• Experience with REST and various HTTP Verbs
• Experience in developing or maintain Cloud Application through at least one provider among AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience of end-to-end software design and performant architecture (serverless, containers)
• Automation with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Experience of building scalable and highly available products using microservices
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Experience leading product strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
