Job Description

Responsibilities: o Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production o Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods o Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up o Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature o Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products o Support qualification activities and customer return debug





Preferred Qualifications: o More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development o Experience with ATE test program development - Advantest 93K, a must. o Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python) o Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS) o Knowledgeable in statistical analysis o Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems o Able to work comfortably with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source Meters, Battery Emulators, Spectrum analyzers, etc. o Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges. o Strong verbal and written communications skills. Able to organize effectively and document work thoroughly while working with local and remote teams. o Familiarity with the New Product Introduction process. o Experience with development of test hardware utilizing team approach, reviewing schematics and layouts. o Experience troubleshooting hardware and software to develop test solutions. o Highly motivated, fast learner, team player.
