The Role: Product Development Executive

(Hybrid - Singapore) You'll be the invisible architect behind every product our customers fall in love with. From a 3am idea in a Google Doc to a bestseller flying off the shelves -- you're the one who makes it real.





This is not a cushy "assist the team" role.


It's a "here's the idea, now run with it" role. You'll be trusted with real responsibility -- and expected to deliver.

You're reliable to your core. When you say "I'll handle it," it gets done -- fully, beautifully, and on time. No loose ends.





You're deeply curious -- you follow brands for fun, notice packaging shifts at Sephora, and keep tabs on launches even outside your niche.





You don't wait to be told what's next -- you suggest it, test it, and lead the way.





You're a finisher. You build full bridges, not half-done decks.





Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like: Spotting upcoming trends from indie brands in Paris to boutique spas in Japan -- and pitching what Lynk should do next





Prototyping a new shampoo that actually smells like a $100 fragrance





Working with suppliers to bring a product from concept to shelf -- packaging, pricing, and all





Coordinating with the marketing team to make sure your product isn't just launched, but loved

What You Need:

1-3 years in product dev, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or equivalent





Strong research skills (Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable is a plus)





Natural obsession with fragrance, design, and wellness trends





Bonus if you're already using the kind of products we make -- or wish someone did them better





Excellent follow-through -- you manage timelines, vendors, and feedback like a pro
