About The Opportunity:

Customer Genius is one of the core departments in OKX and responsible for Customer Service Products, such as Help Centre, Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Customer Service Console, also including IM platform, Rating/Feedback system and so on. We are committed to building Global Customer Center through intelligent services and human services to serve customers when they meet problems, and eventually promote the global growth and reputation of OKX.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Define and deliver product roadmap with a global view through working with cross-functional team.
  • Responsible for the definition of core product modules, including Help Center, , Chatbot, IM, Customer Knowledge Base, Customer Service Console.
  • Able to Lead the squad to contribute to support service capability and global expandation.
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
  • Work in an agile environment, participating in planning and Scrum boards.
What We Look For In You:
  • Have solid years of Product Manager experience.
  • Have been deeply involved in any of the following, Help Center, , Chatbot, IM, Customer Knowledge Base, Rating&Feedback, Customer Service Console.
  • Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching products for global markets.
  • Have passion for the product and is self-driven.
  • Have good leadership and teamwork, with great ability to work cross functionally
