About The Opportunity:

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• As an industry expert, you will formulate and execute the growth strategy while paying close attention to each public chain and meme ecological hotspot. You will swiftly connect with various hot DEX pools and collaborate with other business teams to enhance liquidity.
• Your focus will be on emphasizing user experience and driving the growth of global applications, utilizing methodologies for user growth in different countries while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will leverage the advantages of DEX to expedite coin listings and reach areas and scenarios beyond common listing.
• You will be responsible for the growth of the entire Web3 product and will coordinate priorities with upstream and downstream teams. Your responsibilities will include designing core product modules, defining and analyzing metrics to guide product development, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications, drive global product launches, and lead beta programs.
• You will plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market based on a global vision and user experience. You will also conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above
• Product development experience in products and growth; Related working experience in Crypto Wallet Product and/or DeFi portal product implementation (Crypto investment);
• Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching product for global markets;
• Good communication, experimental mindset, team spirit: motivated to initiate and lead in a collaborative team;
• Able to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs, manage product backlogs with a priority mindset;
• Passionate about crypto and blockchain innovations;
• Sharp eyes for good design and user experience.

Nice To Haves:

• Strong understanding and knowledge in Web3 & Blockchain Technology
• 0 to 1 Hands-on experience in building a Web3 Product
