About The Opportunity:

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Develop and manage the product roadmap for platform On-chain AML and compliance center product.

Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance\xe3\x80\x81 legal\xe3\x80\x81business\xe3\x80\x81marketing teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and customer compliance standards.

Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs and drive product delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product enhancements to market.

Deeply understand the on-chain business, help the team to develop data compliance and business compliance programs, and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders (including senior leadership, regulators, and business customers)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business or engineering

Solid years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Deep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with crypto license implementation and transaction monitoring.

Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves:

• 0 to 1 Hands-on experience in building a Web3 Product
