Reponsibilities
- Analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects such as process and methods analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, and shipment optimization.
- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to review customer prints, bill of materials (BOM), contractual commitments and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and key performance indicators.
- Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities; develop cost estimates and forecasts
- Monitor projects from product design, materials planning, ramp-up production of wire harness products and ensure meeting with schedules and reaching company\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.
- Involved in defining work procedures/processes and building up documentation system.
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 1 year in the manufacturing industry
- Possess with mechanical/mechanical/electrical/electronics and experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
- With knowledge on production routing and scheduling is preferred
- Possess good leadership and must be a strong team player
