:Responsibilities:-Interacts with clients and translate customers product requirements into the deliverables.-Ensure the product produced meet specific levels of quality and product engineering performance.-To ensure the product information is well establish, monitor the maintaining in the system and providing engineering specification for parts and products, and communicating timely the information of engineering change.-Ensure extensive project management/communication of client requirements and timelines for new product releases/revision changes, product refresh and seasonal activities.-Follow up customers feedback and engineering change of notification for product and work with internal groups/suppliers to make the necessary rectifications.-Communicate and follow up with clients, internal customers, and suppliers. Propose alternative cost-effective manufacturing methods, and materials in consultation with Supplier, Purchasing and Manufacturing.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Production, QA, Buyer and Business Management) to deliver efficient service solutions for global customers.-Conduct Packaging Testing, New Product Design Validation, First Product Implement with Customers and Operations for new product launches. Verification of components form fit and function specifications and inspection of first article samples.-Work closely with Sourcing and Business Management teams in creating, monitoring and presenting costs saving initiatives to clients and upper management.-Set up and maintenance of data in ERP systems for Bill of Material, Component Specification, Material Group and External Material Group.-Specific duties by customer requirement. Example (i) Pid Key Request-Co-ordinate and direct business requirements of clients including identifying opportunities, meeting obligations, developing pricing and business strategies, and driving improvements in the team.-Manage and support the cross-functional team that is responsible for meeting client requirements/services in areas such as implementation of new projects, program activities, etc.-Ensure that reporting deadlines are met on a timely and accurate basis.-Monitor corrective actions and support the account team as they drive root cause analysis and ensure improved efficiency/solutions.Requirements :-Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Japanese.-Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering or any related fields.-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience-Proficient in Microsoft Office-Working knowledge of SAP preferred-Independent and flexible in your approach while working with internal/external team.-Self-starter with ability to accept responsibility for a project and see it through to completion.-Must be able to work well under pressure.-Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.-Good analytical mind and planning skills.-Ability to read and analyze data and other written information.-Detail and accuracy oriented.All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.Please email your resume in a detailed Word format toWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notifiedPeople Profilers Pte Ltd20 Cecil St, #08-09, PLUS Building Singapore 049705DID: 6950 9725Georgez Josiah LIMLicense Number: 02C4944
