About Ayzer Sense Ayzer Sense is developing a low-cost, Smart Automated Body-Pressure Redistributor (SABPR) to prevent the development of pressure ulcers (pressure sores).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design & development of new or existing products , in areas of embedded firmware programming, electronics board, cable harness and pneumatics systems.
• Conduct bench test, design verification and validation of devices in accordance to ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead transfer of final product design to contract manufacturer in areas of assembly, manufacturing, test, quality and cost.
• Liaise and manage suppliers sourcing and assembly/sub assembly/part level qualification, designing and fabrication of jigs & fixtures for production assembly and test.
• Perform risk assessment for design and process, and drive recommended action to closure
• Prepare and maintain formal documentation as per SOP
• Any others ad-hoc tasks assign by the direct manager.

• Degree/Graduate qualifications in electrical & electronics engineering and/or related engineering fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in new product development for the medical device industry
• Experience in embedded firmware (work on microcontrollers)
• Coding experience in C++
• Some experience in RTOS
• Experience with medical device development methodology and design verification/validation according to ISO13485 or relevant standards
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable working independently or as a team
