Job Responsibilities

• To provide product and technical consultation to customers.
• Product training for customers.
• ISO9001:2015 and 450001 documentation work.
• Review of daily service jobs performed by technicians.
• Meeting with customer to resolve any technical issues.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• With relevant working experience in power electronics, battery chargers, UPS and its related product would be an advantage
• Familiar with ISO9001:2015 AND 450001.
