Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and requirements for technical feasibility. Prepare accurate quotations, including cost breakdowns, processes, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to confirm manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Develop and validate technical specifications, process flows, and material requirements. Enter quotations, orders, and project information into ERP/CRM systems accurately and promptly. Monitor and track project progress, updating internal systems and stakeholders accordingly. Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide customers with technical clarifications and timely project updates. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including BOMs, process sheets, and technical reports. Participate in internal meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with production engineers to ensure that designs are compatible with CNC machining capabilities (milling, turning, grinding, etc.). Recommend design changes to improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, or quality. Support prototype development and coordinate with QA for dimensional verification.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 2-5 years of experience in precision engineering, machining, or related manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and cost estimation. Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and using CAD tools. Familiar with ERP or CRM systems for quotation and order management. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
