Job Description

:

Design FA project inclusive of tooling, artwork, material and process. Draft drawing for making of tooling and artwork. Liaise with suppliers regarding the making of tooling and artwork. Create job ticket which consists of material and process. Co-ordinate FA run with FA Report Submission. Co-ordinate product transfer from US to Singapore facility. Develop and fabricate test jig/ tool for testing of functionality of finish product. Maintain all test jig/ tool used in production. Perform product failure analysis, as well as reduce cost through yield improvement, cycle time reduction and process enhancement. Coordinate the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process. Putting up sales quotation for the customer through the sales department. Any other task assigned by Superior

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree with at least 2 year(s) experience in a Manufacturing environment with Mechanical & Electronics assembly or equivalent Independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision Well verse with Microsoft application such as Excel, Words and Power Point. Preferably with knowledge & experience of NPI, Process Improvements methodology, AutoCAD, Equipment Maintenance and Quality Control. Excellent driver, team leader and team player, interpersonal and communication skill, strong ability on communication, Excellent analytical skills. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Must be a self-motivated team player with good presentation and communication skills. Good project and time management capabilities.
