Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products from development to production release. Collaborate with Test Engineering and Production teams on debug, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement. Define and align testing requirements with customers and ensure smooth production release. Coordinate with foundries and subcontractors to resolve production issues. Prepare reports on status, guard bands/test limits, correlation, and yield summaries. Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate reduction during production ramp-up.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 1-3 years' experience in Product/Test Engineering; foundry process knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of Digital, Mixed Signal, and RF test concepts. Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE (advantage). Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and tools (JMP, CEDA, DataPower, Optimal+). Knowledge of scripting (Perl/Java/VBA) and automation/reporting tools (advantage). * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
