Product Engineering Manager - Singapore

Role
: Lead cross-functional teams in RF, software, mechanical design, NPI, operations, and manufacturing to develop next-generation radio products.Key Responsibilities
:Oversee product development from concept to manufacturing. Manage engineers, ensuring collaboration across teams. Implement automation to enhance efficiency and reduce test times. Develop and test prototypes to validate designs. Drive cost-saving measures while maintaining quality. Manage End-of-Life component changes. Support regulatory certifications and create documentation (datasheets, guides).
Team Leadership
:Set release goals and timelines. Build and manage the engineering team, including hiring. Collaborate with in-house and external teams/vendors.
Requirements
:Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics Communication Engineering or related field. 10+ years in RF, Wi-Fi product development, and quality control. Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
