DESIGNATION : Product Engineering Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring an Product Engineer Manager to join the Food Services Tech team at FairPrice Group. If you love building products that touch the lives and stomachs of millions of users, working alongside a talented, world-class team, we want to hear from you! You will be reporting to the Head of Food Services Tech. Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the product engineering team to build and evolve the technology for the Food Services business of Fair Price Group (Kopitiam and Food Fare)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design and Interaction design
• Experience working in distributed teams
• Experience working with multiple products and workflows
• Experience designing and building applications
• A portfolio featuring interaction and visual design work
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end experience design
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

• Experience in facilitating requirements, design thinking workshops and design sprints
• Experience in running user research from usability testing to contextual inquiry interviews
• Experience leading product strategy
• Experience in working in a product, agile and enterprise is a huge bonus
• A portfolio of work that contains examples of Interaction Design and Visual Systems Development for digital applications from mobile app to websites
