• Streamline the Product Catalogue across core systems to design for process automation.
• Control the onboarding of new and enhancement product parameters in the core systems.
• Project manage in product development projects including new and enhancement features are delivered, in collaboration with business, engineering, marketing, finance, billing and IT.
• Track operational-level agreement of the stakeholders vs actual performance through dashboard. Highlight insights or gaps in end-to-end processes and work with Product Managers to execute improvement plans.
• Support monthly revenue and drivers tracking reports, with opportunity to expand knowledge in Tableau reports.

Skills for Success:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline - preferably Business or IT related.
• Able to design and conceptualize new product/product enhancements (IT skills not required) in core systems to facilitate automation, where possible.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, and experienced with advanced in Excel pivots will be a plus.
• Experience with RPA will be a plus.
