1. Provide card milling and chip embedding technical support and assistance to card manufacturing customers to successfully integrate the Company\xe2\x80\x99s chip products into customers\xe2\x80\x99 card manufacturing process.

2. Work closely with internal product engineering team to classify chip embedding difficulties and identify fixes for customers\xe2\x80\x99 card manufacturing processes.

3. Initiate discussion with product engineering team on new equipment and processes used to perform chip embedding on smart card.

4. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define user and technical requirements and needs.

5. Perform feasibility studies to validate card milling and chip embedding capability and functionality.

6. Keep the team updated on latest materials, technologies, and equipment in the market.

7. Provide pre-sales technical support to business development and sales team.

8. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

9. Provide technical support to suppliers and contract manufacturers.

10. Provide on-site customer support and will need to travel overseas to customer\xe2\x80\x99s site when required.

11. Prepare and submit timely and accurate field reports.

12. Document and track technical support activities.

13. Coordinate and work closely with product, production, and quality team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues expeditiously.

14. Coordinate and work closely with business development, sales and customer service team in addressing customer complaint, feedbacks, and queries on technical matters.

15. Manage program development, documentation, and resources.

16. Plan, organize, implement, monitor and control program or project timelines, budget, specifications and requirements, production schedules, including other performance targets for projects.

17. Conduct regular program status review meeting to ensure projects are on schedule.

18. Prepare status report on program and projects for management review.

19. Ensure orderly documentation and verification of all engineering, quality, material, production, and financial information for program and projects.

20. Collaborate with external partners in joint product development projects.

21. Comply with all environmental, health, safety and security policies and procedures.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Degree or Diploma in Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in product and process engineering in secure card/ID manufacturing industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with card milling, embedding, lamination and card manufacturing process of secure card/ID an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years program/project management and or technical support experience in the relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Very strong problem-solving skills and techniques, especially in applying FMEA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical writing, analytical, and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have initiative, able to function in a fast pace and pressuring work environment, a team player and a strong interest in learning and professional development.
