About this role

Secures speed, reliability and quality of new product industrialization process and looks after ramp up of NPI's in own factories securing quantities and timing. Double hats as Business Partners to a specific category, overlooking capacity bottlenecks & asset maintenance.

The impact you'll make:

Develops and implements process improvements and technological upgrades to manufacturing processes:


Secures productivity and efficiency in the design of processes for new products; acts as a Business Partners to a specific category Reviews production processes, and specification; evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes Leads APQP process securing timely implementation and ramp-up quantities Works with other departments to develop design and production standards to guarantee product quality Overlooks capacity bottlenecks, asset maintenance and CAPEX process CTX deployment and management in the process . Support on DFX and quality improvement activities.

The skills and knowledge you'll bring:

Minimum 5 (to 15 years) experience in process industrialization Knowledge in mass production consumer industries Fluent in English Good at quality tools such as (PFMEA, Control plan, MSA, DOE etc.) Familiar with plastic parts, Motor and PCBA
