Working for the Employee Compute product line (EC), the Product Integration Manager is accountable for driving regional initiatives to accelerate EC\'s global product strategy in the APAC region.

As a Technical Product Integration Manager in Asia Pacific, you will have primary accountability for the delivery of technology products and services to a portfolio of countries and legal entities. You will help develop meaningful strategic process and procedures to increase efficiency, engineering discipline, combine software and systems to develop creative solutions to ever evolving business needs.

Influencing a team of product owners and engineers, you will operate as the primary interface between the line of business clients we serve in region and Employee Compute including Product Owners, Product Engineers and Technical Services Engineering.

You will capture customers\' requirements and desired outcomes, working with your partners to correctly inform Product development teams whilst advocating Employee Compute Strategy, ensuring an implementation which meets local requirements whilst leveraging global capability.

You will ensure our clients\' awareness of Product roadmaps and strategies and actively support them in leveraging the right service offering. Similarly, you will look to deepen the awareness that your Technology partners have of the markets you serve.

Who we are looking for:

• Technically savvy and commercially astute, you will be deeply familiar with client relationship.
• Expertise in one or more of the following technologies Citrix architecture, Netscalers, Application Virtualization, VDI, Splunk.
• You will be passionate about the delivery of value to your clients and are likely to have gained deep understanding of technical financial services
• A strong team player and influencer, you will possess a rare blend of strategic and operational skills.
• You readily take ownership and are passionate about finding solutions for your clients and partners

• Ensure a clear portfolio of projects and key change activities is maintained for supported entities. Ensure client\'s awareness of projects and ensure technology partners are supported in their effective implementation
• Interact between clients and product teams on business required service, ensure follow-up on client unique requirement until delivery.
• Act as a point of escalation and advocate for client when facing with Infrastructure related issues.
• Boost client awareness of Employee Compute product offerings, roadmaps, organizational structure & operational scorecard. Ensure client feedback/service requests are collected regularly.
• Identify and communicate business needs for future product development and deploy the ideas to key stakeholders such as management, product and engineering.
• Assist in Troubleshooting priority incidents and help facilitate blameless post-mortems
• Leverage analytics and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions to serve our customers
• Lead and participate in performance tests; identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demands

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Product Management/Integration discipline
• Product knowledge or technical expertise in Citrix, Netscalers, Application Virtualization, VDI, Splunk is highly desirable.
• Adept in the development of automated tools, systems, and services in multiple technology domains
• Advanced knowledge of one or more infrastructure components (e.g. networking, cloud services, orchestration tools, containerization, compute, and storage systems)
• Proficiency in service-level changes to a system and troubleshooting components
