• Conduct due diligence to introduce and productize new services related to Digital Workspace and Future of Work, promoting enterprise mobility, automation, and digitalization.
• Engage in business development, competitive analysis, business case justifications, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Support Future of Work projects, including fixed-mobile convergence, Digital Workspace as a Service, managed services, and mobile applications.
• Develop end-to-end digital enablers for internal and external customers for delivering a suite of services, covering fulfilment processes and portal services.
• Create digital platforms and analytics as a service differentiator and revenue generators.
• Perform business and competitive analysis, formulate product strategies and roadmaps, and continuously enhance product value propositions.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor(s)

Skills for Success

• Currently enrolled in a Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a 6-months internship (state your internship availability in CV)
• Business-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including effective troubleshooting and the ability to structure actionable plans.
• Organised individual with good project management and effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Able to work in effectively in a team and communicate requirements effectively to stakeholders.
