Job Description

This position reports to Head of EUS APAC (administrative) and Service Manager (functional).

Be the Product Owner of the Identity squad for APAC. (products: AD, AZURE AD, Azure AD connect, rebound server, KMS, DHCP etc..)

Guarantee the service provided, define the associated criteria of performance and produce dashboards relative to the services of in Product Owner\'s perimeter.

Propose the best solutions to requirements from our customers (EUS internal teams, ITF, branches and affiliates).

Be responsible for an "end-to-end" service for the RUN, the studies, the projects, the evolutions and support phases.

In collaboration with the super PO, Manage the backlog of activities and define the priorities.

Manage the crises / problems until the nominal restoring of the activities.

Manage evolution projects on Product Owner\'s perimeter to answer existing and future needs of customers and integrate new solutions or technical constraints.

Assist project ownerships in the specification of their needs and prepare arbitrations to protect the global coherence at the Company level by integrating the local contexts of branches and subsidiaries.

Prepare pre-projects deliverables allowing to launch the projects.

Industrialize the solutions to optimize operating costs.

Lead project operational and steering committees.

Coordinate and manage operational activities (incidents, problems, service requests \xe2\x80\xa6) and engineering (support N3, studies and evolutions requests) with respect to methodologies (AGILE), ITIL processes, security constraints, and looking for best quality and optimized costs.

Ensure the relation with all the actors: DEV PO, support, project, business, architecture, training, communication.

Manage relations with providers (Impulse, Boost\xe2\x80\xa6) and editors (Microsoft) in order to supervise the quality of their deliverables.

Maintain the roadmap of the services and the technical components of Product Owner\'s domain.

Lead calls for tender for projects or recurrent activities under Product Owner\'s responsibility.

Candidate profile

• Experience: minimum 10 years with at least 5 years in operational positions and successful experiences in Project management and service provider management
• Technical expertise: Knowledge of the Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and of interactions with the various products (Digital Pass , Infoblox DHCP / DNS, workstation, Shared / home folders, SCCM, Network, O365, Azure AD,\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Cybersecurity awareness
• Taste for challenge and autonomy, thoroughness and technique, sense of service
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
