GTI Strategy and Business Services - Product Management and Strategy Enablement

This APAC focused role is a mixture of product management of global initiatives and driving local strategic change and development. Although primarily supporting the APAC region, this role also maintains stakeholders across the world to ensure uptake of their products and solutions in region.

Key Responsibilities to Include:

  • Oversight of the product management of a key internal governance application including backlog management, user engagement, release management, communication strategy, etc.
  • Oversight of complex strategy execution initiatives with regional and often global remit
Skills & Experience
  • BS/BA Degree
  • 10 years of infrastructure technology experience with a focus on client experience
  • 5+ years of experience working on complex, multimillion dollar projects with varied global stakeholders
  • 2+ years of product management experience with an emphasis on release and change management
  • Ability to take a concept and see it through to senior presentation and ultimately deployment and adoption
  • Interest in developing and executing strategy - not afraid to pave the way with a new way of thinking or doing
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology
  • Proven track record of leading global organizational changes
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Strong negotiating skills, comfortable executing despite barriers and resistance
  • Adept at analysis, with the ability to understand data to draw conclusions and to frame a story
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm
