About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to assist the Product Manager in day-to-day activities related to product development and operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile product management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sprint planning within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):


Conduct UAT for new app features and releases. Prepare and execute test cases, record bugs, and validate fixes. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure high product quality.
Product Backlog Maintenance:


Assist the Product Manager in updating and prioritizing the product backlog. Document feature requests, user feedback, and improvement ideas. Ensure stories and tasks are properly defined with clear acceptance criteria.
Sprint Coordination:


Support in planning, tracking, and reviewing sprints. Attend daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Update task statuses in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Product Documentation & Reporting:


Help prepare product release notes and UAT reports. Maintain documentation of product features, bugs, and enhancements. Summarize user feedback and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Strong interest in product management, technology, or mobile apps. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and documentation skills. * Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence and Excel is advantageous.
