Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze data with SQL to support feature requests
• Conduct product market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in working on product GTM strategy and driving feature adoption
• Collect customer feedback through different channels, including listening to customer calls, checking VOC sheet, etc
• Work collaboratively with Data, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and UI/UX teams
• Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA Degree
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Good data analysis skills
• Excellent at market research and competitor analysis
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
• Bonus: Previous internships in tech firms with a role of Data Analyst or Product Analyst

Internship Information:

• Full-time or Part-time of 3 days per week commitment
• Potential Start Date: September/ October 2022
• Commitment Period: 3 to 6 Months
• Stipend: SGD1,000/ month
• Hybrid work, based in Singapore
