Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join the Razer Gold team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to support the development, integration, and optimization of payment solutions, reseller platforms, and partner onboarding. This internship provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, partners integration, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join the Razer Gold team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to support the development, integration, and optimization of payment solutions, reseller platforms, and partner onboarding. This internship provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, partners integration, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Reseller Research: Conduct research on the digital payment ecosystem, reseller networks, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Gather feedback from resellers, merchants, and internal teams to drive improvements in product offerings and processes.
• Product Development: Assist in defining and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and services. Help maintain product roadmaps for both payment solutions and reseller platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
• Integration Support: Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth integration of payment and reseller systems.
• Data & Performance Analysis: Track reseller performance metrics and prepare reports for business reviews. Analyze usage data to identify trends and propose process optimizations or new features for resellers.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Prepare and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs) and product flows for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in digital payments and reseller platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with global teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment systems, or fintech platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
