Job Description

Responsible for designing and optimizing institutional-grade solutions for the cryptocurrency exchange's institutional clients. This includes client onboarding, fiat/crypto deposit and withdrawal systems, account permission management, and token transfer infrastructure, all while meeting compliance standards.

Design institutional onboarding solutions, including multi-tiered KYC/KYB verification, corporate structure mapping, and role-based access control. Build enterprise-grade fund flow systems: integrate banking networks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to support bulk deposits and withdrawals. Develop multi-chain deposit addresses, automated balance aggregation, and transfer workflows. Design account permission management systems (e.g., trading limits, IP whitelisting, multi-signature authorization). Track product developments of mainstream trading institutions (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze their business models, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies. Customize transaction monitoring for institutional fund flow models to meet regulatory requirements. Design audit and monitoring systems for corporate accounts, supporting customizable reporting. Collaborate with compliance teams to optimize the automation of AML list screening and risk scoring.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B financial product management. Familiarity with large-scale system product architecture design and understanding of the overall business processes of an exchange. Knowledge of the compliance and regulatory requirements for financial institutions. Familiarity with institutional fund operation systems. Strong execution capability and self-motivation, capable of setting an example for team members. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently in English with market and institutional clients. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
