Assist with product enquiries and resolve issues, including regulatory requests.
Research and compile data insights for reporting, utilizing spreadsheets and presentation tools.
Execute and analyze campaigns aimed at growing customer base and deposit balances.
Support industry-wide projects, managing requests, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying product knowledge for successful delivery.
Work closely with regulators (MOF, IRAS, CPFB, MAS) and financial institutions to operationalize the SRS product provider onboarding framework.
Collaborate with Financial Planning and Investment teams to drive investment consumption and monetization of the customer base.
Review and improve customer journeys by identifying opportunities for digital transformation and process enhancements.
Requirements:
Degree in Banking, Finance or any related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in product management, financial services, or regulatory engagement.
Good analytical skills with the ability to research, collate, and present data-driven insights.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
