Core Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire product lifecycle: from market research and requirements definition to development, launch, and iterative optimization.

Develop product roadmaps: Based on data analysis and business goals, determine product priorities and development direction.
*

Efficient collaboration: As a core hub, drive close collaboration among development, design, marketing, operations, and risk compliance teams.
*

Data-driven decision-making: Define core metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously drive growth through A/B testing and other methods.
*

Required Requirements
*

Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, with successful product case studies in the fintech field (payments, lending, investment, blockchain, etc.).
*

Skills:
*

Hard Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL is essential) and product prototyping tools (Figma, Axure).
*

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
*

Mindset: Strong user empathy and business acumen; able to balance user experience, business value, and technical feasibility.
*

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, finance, business, or a related field.
*

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
*

Possesses a technical background and can engage in in-depth discussions with the development team regarding technical solutions.
*

Familiar with the Singapore and Southeast Asian financial markets and regulatory environment.
