Job Description

We are seeking a talented & experienced Product Manager with Blockchain technology background to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, etc to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

• Salary package up to $12,000 + AWS + VB
• Hybrid working arrangement (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 pm)
• Fun and innovative working environment (Working on Web 3.0 & Blockchain technologies including cryptocurrency, DeFi, etc)

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing Blockchain-based products, possesses strong leadership skills, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Define and articulate product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with development teams to drive the product development process, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement and guide product enhancements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, trends, and regulatory developments in the blockchain industry.

• Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain technology, educating internal teams and stakeholders on its potential applications and limitations.
