Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Product Manager

to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI products within the Enigma platform. You will lead the full product lifecycle -- from conceptualization to launch -- working closely with clinical stakeholders, enterprise clients, and technical teams to define requirements, shape product direction, and drive meaningful impact across healthcare workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at understanding user needs, and can translate complex requirements -- whether clinical, regulatory, or business -- into clear product specifications. Experience in the financial industry is highly valued due to its parallels in regulatory rigor, process complexity, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled healthcare workflow solutions, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and launch. Collaborate with clinicians, enterprise partners, and cross-functional teams to identify user needs, clarify requirements, and develop clear product roadmaps. Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements aligned with healthcare workflows and compliance needs. Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery and alignment with technical capabilities.

Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and workflow performance

to continuously refine and improve product features. Ensure products adhere to

healthcare data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards
