About the role:

PRISM+ is a rapidly growing and ever-evolving organisation based in Singapore, and we are looking for a Product Manager.

This role reports to the Managing Director and we are looking to onboard a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development processes. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization and drive the growth of PRISM+ products category which involves full product lifecycle management which includes define requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, market research, and business goals. You will work closely with regional cross function teams and should have strong market awareness and solid technical competency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy by taking into consideration of the global view. ie: opportunities and target customers, initial development of the positioning, value proposition, pricing framework as well as initial capacity plans).
• You would be required to lead and drive product strategy, define product requirements, lead and drive product launches, developing and maintaining user manuals and managed product roadmaps and timelines.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis.
• Drive innovation within product area with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum of 8 years\' relevant working experience in B2B product management experience with ability to independently lead the agenda.
• Strong Business acumen - Understanding of the wider environment within which our business operates and implications of e.g., trends / shifts in sustainability and consumer perception, brand owners\' opportunity & challenges, and being able to drive actionable insights and articulate what products/services to offer to accelerate profitable growth.
• Detailed oriented with strong project management skills on multi-market projects
• Excellent communication skills including command of spoken and written English is a must (bi-lingual communication would be an added advantage)
