Job Description

Our client, an established retailer of home appliances, is seeking a product manager to be responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization and operations of new products in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization and operations to grow the product category
• Responsible for full product lifecycle management
• Formulate and implement a global go-to-market strategy, considering opportunities and target customer segments, as well as initial development of positioning, value proposition, pricing structure, and capacity plans.
• Establish, cultivate, and nurture partnerships, collaborating closely to design and fabricate new product variations.
• Assume responsibility for spearheading product development, encompassing consumer and market research, specification of product requirements, leadership in product launches, creation and upkeep of user manuals, and oversight of product roadmaps and timelines.
• Collaborate with software development teams to define product requirements and manage smart home integration for the product category.
• Recognize and prioritize fresh product prospects within the product category, drawing from market trends, customer demands, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with the marketing department to track and stimulate the success of products.
• Foster innovation within the product domain, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure that senior management remains well-informed through reports and communications regarding the product category\'s progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B product management
• Experienced with the ability to independently lead the product category
• Analytical with strong business acumen to drive insights and growth with information obtained from data research
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
