Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead data and technology driven initiatives for the consumer banking and wealth management group.
• Understand key business drivers and identify opportunities where data/analytics can create significant value.
• Translate business opportunities into tangible analytics requirements and recommend potential solutions.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POC) and experiments to assess viability and impact of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional (Technology, Data Science, Product), cross-platform and cross-country teams to build and deliver successful solutions.
• Effectively communicate context and opportunities of the initiatives, set direction, mobilize, and motivate teams to develop clearly defined outcomes.
• Build out deep dive analysis/tracking of business outcomes to present clear actionable insights from the data.
• Leverage on reporting tools to measure success against defined outcomes; synthesize key takeaways/opportunities from the data to facilitate project review and management updates; adjust and adapt action plan based on findings.

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or in related majors
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Analyst role
• Good to have experience in consumer banking or wealth management products/offerings.
• Must have hand-on experience in using SQL.
• Well versed in using Excel, Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
• Must have experience working with data visualisation tools such as QlikView/Tableau/Power BI.
• Team player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, demanding environment.
