By focusing on the needs of our Dealing team and traders, we ensure that our platforms remain robust, secure, and efficient in a rapidly changing market. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Risk Management application. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and executing our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of the Dealing team and enhances overall trading efficiency.Responsibility

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for a risk management tool tailored to retail CFD and Forex brokers\' needs.
• Plan and design risk monitoring and management solutions, including features like real-time monitoring, exposure tracking, automated alerts, and risk analysis tools.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of our risk management system, reducing the probability and impact of abnormal events, and enhancing the overall performance of the trading platform.
• Spearhead the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, coordinating with development, IT, and compliance teams.
• Create an intuitive and user-friendly product that enhances the Dealing team\'s efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
• Ensure the product complies with industry regulations and standards, particularly in financial risk management.
• Implement and oversee mechanisms to track product performance, using data-driven insights to make iterative improvements.

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with experience in product management from a reputable financial, trading, or technology company.
• A strong interest in trading, financial markets, and risk management.
• Proven experience in product design and project management, with the ability to uncover user demands through data analysis.
• Strong logical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and achieving goals through collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, showing responsibility to both customers and team members.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Experience in designing or trading financial products such as Forex, CFDs, futures, or options.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and other relevant software.
