Define and execute the product roadmap for power ICs, aligning with market needs
Prioritise features and specs based on customer feedback, technical feasibility and profitability
Collaborate with Engineers to translate market requirements into technical specifications
Partner with Supply Chain to ensure production timelines and inventory levels meet demand forecasts
Support sales/marketing with technical collateral (whitepapers, application notes)
Execute a Go-To-Market strategy
Key Attributes:
Strategic Vision - ability to balance technical constraints with market opportunities
Technical acumen - deep understanding of power semiconductors applications and comfortable interpreting datasheets, test reports and industry
Requirements
Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant disciplines
At least 5 years in semiconductor product management (power electronics preferred)
Proven track record of launching IC products
* Fluency in English and Mandarin (Required for China-based suppliers)
