Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Financial Product Manager

with strong expertise in trading systems to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of trading products -- from concept and design to implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to build robust, secure, and scalable trading solutions that support our exchange/brokerage business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end product lifecycle

, including concept ideation, requirements gathering, functional design, prototyping, launch, and post-launch optimization. Drive product roadmap and enhancements for

stocks, derivatives, spot, and margin trading systems

. Define and refine

underlying trading logic

, including order matching, margin/leverage calculations, fund/account flow, and settlement. Ensure accuracy and stability of

risk control mechanisms

, including liquidation, ADL (Auto-Deleveraging), and margin management. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into system design and implementation. Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve system efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Partner with operations, compliance, and risk teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of product experience

in an exchange, brokerage, or financial services environment. Strong understanding of

trading workflows

, including contracts, spot, and margin trading. Familiarity with

liquidation, ADL, and risk management mechanisms

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to product development. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge business needs and technical execution. * Experience in digital assets trading platforms is a strong plus.
