Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of

finance, technology, and emerging digital ecosystems

. You'll drive product strategy and execution for next-generation financial platforms that use

decentralized infrastructure

and

digital assets

to create more transparent, inclusive, and efficient financial experiences.


You'll work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technology into intuitive, compliant, and scalable products -- from digital wallets and payment rails to data-driven user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the roadmap

for a portfolio of FinTech / Web3 features -- balancing innovation with user trust, compliance, and scalability. Conduct

market and user research

to identify opportunities in digital payments, embedded finance, and decentralized financial tools. Convert insights into

clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

for engineering and design teams. Work closely with developers to

launch, monitor, and iterate

on features that enhance user engagement and financial accessibility. Partner with growth, risk, and compliance teams to ensure

responsible adoption

of emerging technologies (on-chain/off-chain). Define and track

KPIs

-- activation, retention, transaction volumes, or liquidity metrics -- and use data to guide prioritization. Keep a pulse on

financial regulations, digital-asset frameworks, and evolving technology trends

across the Web3 landscape. Act as the

bridge

between technical implementation and business goals, ensuring products are both innovative and reliable.

Requirements

1-5 years' experience in

product management, business analysis, or fintech operations

. Strong understanding of

digital finance

, payment systems, or user-centric technology products. Exposure to (or curiosity about)

blockchain, tokenized assets, or decentralized infrastructure

-- enough to communicate effectively with technical teams. Data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to evaluate impact. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; you bring clarity to ambiguity. Entrepreneurial drive with an ability to execute quickly in fast-moving environments. * (Bonus) Experience with APIs, financial data integration, or smart-contract design principles.
