The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. :
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of LLM-based user and item features -- from requirement analysis, research validation, to rollout and iteration. Conduct LLM research benchmarking and work with algorithm teams to bring feature concepts into production. Define evaluation criteria and participate in quality assessment of LLM-generated features. Understand needs across traffic surfaces (Search, Recommendation, Food, Chat) and help translate scenario requirements into feature roadmaps. Analyze A/B experiment results with downstream teams, identify issues, and propose actionable strategy iterations. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Product, or related fields. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for LLMs, AI products, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a fast-moving environment. Bonus: familiarity with search/recommendation systems, LLM evaluation, or A/B testing. Full-time interns preferred Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply * Minimum commitment is 3 months, January-April.
