Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead product planning, design, and iteration of the company's app to enhance user experience and core business metrics. Gain deep insights into user needs, formulate product strategies aligned with market trends, and drive their implementation. Design product features and interaction flows, create PRD documentation, and collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Continuously optimize products through data analysis and user feedback to improve key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates. Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors and user behavior, and explore innovative product opportunities to enhance market competitiveness. Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with operations, marketing, and technical teams to maximize product value.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an internet product manager, with mandatory experience in ToC app products. Experience in 0-to-1 product development or large-scale growth is preferred. Strong product thinking with the ability to accurately identify user needs and translate them into effective product solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, GA, AppsFlyer). Solid sense of interaction design and user experience, with an eye for UI/UX details. Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of independently designing and advancing complex product modules. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to efficiently coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams for product implementation. Awareness of industry developments and market dynamics, with the ability to respond quickly to changes. Preferred: Experience in social, e-commerce, or content-based apps. Preferred: Background in growth hacking or commercialization. Preferred: Experience with AI, AIGC, or recommendation algorithm-related products.
