Seeking for a
product Manager
who canbridge engineering innovation and business outcomes
for theirFactory Automation (4.0)
solutions , an AI-driven automation platform forsemiconductor fabs
.Core Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Roadmapping
Define the
product strategy and roadmap
for Factory 4.0 solutions.Align product development with long-term vision to expand into global wafer fabs and new markets.
Customer & Market Understanding
Engage closely with
semiconductor manufacturing clients
to understand pain points in automation, predictive maintenance, and efficiency.Translate client needs into actionable product features and improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with
R&D engineers
,software teams
, andstrategic partners
to deliver integrated solutions combiningIoT sensors, AI, and robotics
.Ensure project milestones align with manufacturing requirements, cost targets, and scalability.
System Integration & Technical Familiarity
Oversee the
integration of AI-driven sensors, IoT, and data analytics
within existing fab environments.Possess a working knowledge of
semiconductor equipment
,automation architecture
, orindustrial IoT platforms
.Commercialization & Business Development
Support management in
product positioning
,pricing
, andbusiness expansion
into new regions.Develop marketing collateral or proposals that highlight cost reduction, downtime minimization, and sustainability benefits.
Sustainability & Digital Transformation
Drive initiatives tied to
energy reduction
,proactive maintenance
, anddigitization
of quality/warehouse systems -- key selling points of Factory 4.0.Desired Background
Engineering or technical degree (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering). Experience with
smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0
platforms. Exposure tosemiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
. Strong instakeholder communication
,product lifecycle management
, andproject coordination
. Comfortable working withAI/IoT-based automation systems
